NIPRO CORPORATION, a global healthcare and medical technology company, announced the establishment of its Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in Singapore through the incorporation of NIPRO Asia Pacific Group (NAPG). Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), the RHQ will serve as the strategic hub for NIPRO's operations across more than 20 markets in the Asia Pacific region. Guided by the principle of "Make it Happen by One NIPRO," the RHQ brings NIPRO's regional functions together under a single, coordinated structure.
The establishment of the RHQ is driven by a clear operational need: to bring NIPRO's regional functions closer together, enabling faster decisions, stronger governance, and more consistent execution across Asia Pacific. Healthcare systems in the region are managing rising demand and increasingly complex care requirements.
Addressing these realities effectively requires a regional structure that can respond with speed and clarity. The RHQ meets this need by uniting NIPRO's Manufacturing, Sales, iMEP, and Hemodialysis (HD) Centers under a single regional alliance — the "One NIPRO" model. Aligned with NIPRO's new President and CxO leadership direction, this structure places accountability and coordination closer to the markets NIPRO serves. Centralized resource management for group companies further strengthens operational alignment across the region. The result is a NIPRO that is better positioned to support healthcare professionals and patients across more than 20 Asia Pacific markets with greater consistency and purpose. The RHQ plans to create high-value regional functions such as legal and compliance, regulatory affairs, HR, marketing, IT, finance, and corporate strategy NIPRO joins a growing concentration of regional headquarters for medical technology companies in Singapore, contributing to a rich ecosystem of regional talent and leadership across industries.
