You collaborate closely with internal and external partners, specialist departments, stakeholders, and international teams, ensuring clear, transparent communication regarding project status and results.
You provide regular reports to management on project progress, milestones, risks, and next steps.
You identify project risks early, develop appropriate countermeasures, and escalate issues to senior management in a structured manner when necessary.

You actively shape strategic initiatives and improvement projects in innovation and program management, leveraging your experience working with cross-site project teams.
You independently lead end-to-end projects in the bioprocess consumables sector and represent the project both internally and externally.
You create and maintain detailed project plans, as well as resource and cost schedules (including CAPEX), while monitoring milestones, budgets, and delivery targets.
You define project phases and prototypes, ensure necessary documentation, and establish tools and best practices for efficient project tracking.
