Description

  • Proactively identify business opportunities in new and existing account
  • Develop business plans in key accounts and maintain strong business relationship with the customers
  • Understand customers’ needs and provide necessary support promptly
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting QIAGEN products and solutions to key customers across Korea
  • Responsible for sales planning, forecasting and driving sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Share market intelligence with local sales team to increase sales effectiveness
  • Participate and support in local sales & marketing events, seminars, conferences and projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology or related studies
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in Molecular Diagnostics products
  • Good understanding of the IVD market is an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • A good team player
  • Domestic travel required on a quarterly basis per account, or as frequently needed, based on business demands
