Description
- Lead innovation initiatives: You will drive the technical components of Proof of Concept projects for new product opportunities. This includes designing, implementing, and analyzing market support trials, and translating data into meaningful insights to support decision-making and financial projections.
- Support marketing excellence: You will partner with marketing teams to ensure all promotional materials are technically accurate, competitive, and fully compliant with regulatory and legal standards.
- Empower sales teams: You will provide hands-on technical support to Field Sales through customer engagements, on-site training, and by responding to technical inquiries effectively.
- Communicate with credibility: You will create and deliver compelling technical content, including scientific papers and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity across all communications.
- Build strong industry connections: You will collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and provide training to both internal and external stakeholders, while developing impactful sales tools such as presentations and technical bulletins.
- Translate science into business value: You will apply economic models and production data to demonstrate the real-world impact of solutions, helping customers understand both scientific and commercial benefits.
- Uphold integrity and compliance: You will ensure all activities align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards, maintaining the organization’s strong reputation within the animal health community.
- Manage day-to-day technical support: You will oversee technical queries, product concerns, and customer feedback, while providing on-the-job coaching to sales teams to strengthen their capabilities.
- Deliver impactful training: You will conduct technical training sessions for sales teams, customers, and veterinary practitioners.
- Engage with the broader community: You will participate in customer visits, technical seminars, and industry events organized by universities, veterinary organizations, and animal health authorities.
- Drive projects forward: You will lead and manage assigned projects, including clinical and field trials, ensuring successful execution and business impact.
- Develop team capabilities: You will provide ongoing coaching and development to sales teams, enhancing product knowledge, therapeutic expertise, and selling skills.
- Strengthen partnerships: You will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Economics MNSC Veterinary or Poultry Science.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the animal health industry
- Well-developed communication skills – verbal and written
- Proven experience in trial design and conduction including basic understanding of statistical analysis.
- In-depth understanding of Sales and Marketing operations
- In-depth understanding of poultry key accounts operations
- Multi-tasking, Collaboration, Planning & Analytical skills
- Disease management
- A minimum of 3-5 years in technical services
- Disease management
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and database applications.
- Ability to travel (may include overnight travel).
- Should reside in assigned geography or be willing to relocate.
