Team Lead

Description

Implementation and adherence to EHS guidelines.
Technical and organizational supervision of two employees and two apprentices in Rapid Response Production (RRP) / small-batch production.
Troubleshooting and coordination regarding production issues and deviations.
Maintaining and increasing productivity through the implementation of Lean principles.
Meeting customer requirements with a focus on delivery dates, product quality, and costs.
Participation in the production of liquid and powdered media.

Qualifications

Completed technical training, ideally in the chemical sector / apprenticeship as a chemical process technician 
Strong organizational skills and a willingness to delegate and oversee tasks.
Professional experience in a production environment, preferably involving GMP or within the chemical/pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of chemical nomenclature and handling procedures.
A working style characterized by cleanliness, diligence, and precision.
Precise, independent, and solution-oriented approach, combined with a strong commitment to quality.
Fluent German and solid English skills (B2 level or higher).
