Description

  • Support daily business operations and coordinate activities across departments.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Maintain customer and contract databases, pricing records, and sales documentation.
  • Manage vendors and contracts for general administrative services, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for business related activities and verify invoices against approved contracts in the procurement system.
  • Maintain, renew and monitor office licenses, equipment and facilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Coordinate office events, including internal and external meetings, internal communications and guest visits.
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and stakeholders’ management skills, being able to work with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
  • Experience in business operations, or commercial administration support
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations is an advantage
  • Work independently with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
  • Professional business English (oral and written) as well as local language as required
