Maintains an awareness and understanding of the Operational Excellence Strategy and Framework.
Leads the implementation and maintenance of the 5S Program.
Maintains a network with Operational Excellence resources in other sites and share current initiatives with a view to leveraging the combined resources of the team and preventing waste of effort.
Be able to identify the value proposition for various projects and subsequent continuous improvement initiatives that could deliver quantifiable service, quality or cost outcomes for the business.
Other assignments related to OE within Operations Department – Cluster VN/KH/MM.
Data & Report Management
Monthly update database to defined systems and Forms/Template.
Monitor database performance and apply new patches and versions when required.
Prepare KPI dashboard and other reports for periodic and/or adhoc meeting.
Handling additional request/support
Handling additional request/support from Client and external parties & solve arising issues related to routine operation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with background in Economic, Business Administration or Marketing
At least 01 year working experience in similar position.
Experienced in Reporting and data analysis.
Experienced with SAP ERP, Dashboard.
Good communication skills, problem solving skills.
