Description

  • Drive achievement of sales, market share, and performance targets across assigned territories
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives to build strong commercial and scientific capabilities
  • Define and execute strategic plans across specialty hospital accounts (public and private)
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, hospital decision-makers, and KOLs
  • Lead preparation and successful execution of product launches and portfolio growth initiatives
  • Provide strong scientific and commercial guidance to support high-quality customer engagement
  • Strengthen team effectiveness through structured coaching, performance management, and capability development
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights to continuously refine strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally to align on business priorities and deliver sustainable results
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong experience in specialty care, ideally in oncology, hematology, or rheumatology
  • Proven track record in managing hospital-focused portfolios and teams
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results and building high-performing teams
  • Strong coaching and leadership capability, with a focus on developing talent and driving performance
  • High level of ambition and growth mindset, with potential for broader leadership roles
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution discipline
  • Excellent scientific communication skills and ability to engage credibly with clinical stakeholders
  • Ability to lead with clarity, structure, and influence across diverse teams and geographies
