Description
- Define and implement sales strategy of solvent business for Pharma market in APAC region to meet growth expectation
- Team performance management ie. set sales targets, budgets and allocate resources
- Monitor and review sales performance regularly with the team to ensure sales & profit targets are met.
- Client and supplier management
- Partner with business development, customer service and product management and share best practices
- Contribute to product development projects
- Optimize margins by reviewing, guiding, and optimizing pricing
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Sales within chemical or chemical distribution sector in APAC region
- Experience in chemicals used in Pharma – solvents is highly beneficial
- 10 years of leadership/team management experience
- Good business acumen and communication skills to build long-standing and successful relationships with customers.
- To adapt and develop solutions to customers’ needs with clear and decisive communication
- Strong Collaboration, negotiation, persuasion skills
- Strong research & strategic analysis skills and project management skills
- High competency working with Microsoft office, SFDC and business forecasting etc.
