Description

Execution of the project setup following contract signing, including JDE setup, milestone definition, and internal and external kick-off meetings
Creation of scope documents, such as Packaging Summaries and Distribution Summaries
Development of project plans and monitoring of project timelines
Regular communication with the client, including scheduled conference calls, action item lists, and communication plans
Support for and collaboration with project management teams at other Catalent CSS sites
Development of solution-oriented approaches to address project-related issues and to strengthen client relationships
Chairing of client meetings and conference calls; conducting client site visits and preparing meeting minutes
Provision of information and documentation regarding client-supplied materials, label text, randomization details, etc., and forwarding this information to relevant internal departments
Setup of the Fusion Suite for clients, and provision of ongoing support regarding software usage and password management
Initiation of the project return phase, generation and monitoring of IDRs, and oversight of the destruction process to facilitate final invoicing
Provision of necessary documentation to the depot network
Support for departmental training initiatives and the creation of training materials
Adherence to the harmonized guidelines of the Catalent Customer Service Excellence Matrix Organization
Monitoring of internal milestones and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Preparation of monthly financial forecasts
Assistance with the onboarding and mentoring of new colleagues
Support for the Client Services and Business Development teams regarding client account management, proposal generation, and invoicing inquiries
Assistance with the preparation and periodic review of SOPs relevant to the Project Management function

Qualifications

A degree in Business Administration or Natural Sciences, or equivalent knowledge acquired through relevant professional experience in a position classified within Salary Group E10
1–4 years of professional experience in project management, the pharmaceutical industry, or customer support
Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP); experience in project management or customer support; proficiency in time management, organization, and prioritization; and a strong customer orientation
Excellent proficiency in MS Office; good working knowledge of internal software systems (JDE, Compliance Wire, Trackwise, Fusion, Workfront); and experience with MS Project
An independent and structured approach to work; professionalism, including an excellent work ethic and a positive attitude
Excellent command of both German and English
