Senior Product Specialist

Description

Develop challenging yet actionable sales plans, communicate effectively with distributors and clients, and achieve sales targets;
Identify and cultivate client relationships within hospitals, and effectively disseminate product information and related services through academic activities and routine interactions;
Establish and maintain academic collaborative relationships with clinicians and key opinion leaders, thereby upholding the company's professional, innovative, and collaborative academic image;
Master requisite product knowledge and sales techniques, and continuously update this expertise;
Monitor competitors' market activities, submit various market data reports accurately and on time, and provide sound recommendations based on the analysis of sales data and market trends;
Strictly adhere to the company's compliance policies;
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, with a background in Medicine or Pharmacy being a plus;
Prior sales experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred;
Possesses strong communication skills and effective sales techniques;
Proactive, results-oriented, and demonstrates an innovative spirit and a collaborative mindset;
Professional, self-confident, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning;
Capable of handling work-related pressure and demonstrates a diligent and resilient work ethic.
