Description
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for product lunches and existing portfolios to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets
- Plan and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns, events, and programs aligned with brand strategy
- Optimize resource allocation through ROI-driven decision-making
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external partners
- Analyse market trends, sales data, and customer insights (e.g. IQVIA, retail audits, shopper research) to identify growth opportunities
- Drive digital initiatives to enhance customer engagement and evaluate effectiveness of digital strategies
- Support sales teams through product training, disease education, and KOL engagement
- Uphold company values in all business interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business
- Minimum 3 years working experience, with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical product management/marketing
- Experience managing ethical/pharma brands portfolio
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into strategy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
