Developing and implementing business development strategies and tactics to maximise the potential of Novo Nordisk business in Poland, focusing on key accounts and B2B solutions.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, including medical centres, hospitals, e-health clinics and websites.
Analysing market opportunities, healthcare environment developments, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making, including identifying and evaluating new opportunities for growth and strategic partnerships.
Negotiating and signing business development agreements, ensuring quality and compliance with all requirements.
Collaborating with internal teams to align and deliver strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, key account management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Proven track record in B2B experience with the private ecosystem environment and managing strategic partnerships.
Proven track record in x-functional project management.
