Description

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies and tactics to maximise the potential of Novo Nordisk business in Poland, focusing on key accounts and B2B solutions.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, including medical centres, hospitals, e-health clinics and websites.
  • Analysing market opportunities, healthcare environment developments, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making, including identifying and evaluating new opportunities for growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiating and signing business development agreements, ensuring quality and compliance with all requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align and deliver strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, key account management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B experience with the private ecosystem environment and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record in x-functional project management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset highly desirable.
  • Fluent English and Polish, both written and oral.
