Development and implementation of an integrated market access strategy across the entire product lifecycle
Analysis and active shaping of reimbursement and financing mechanisms in the outpatient and inpatient sectors
Evaluation of regulatory and health policy frameworks and derivation of strategic measures
Stakeholder management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant stakeholders (e.g., health insurance companies, umbrella organizations, hospital operators, professional associations)
Close cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Corporate Affairs, both locally and internationally
Participation in and shaping of relevant dialogue and exchange formats (e.g., expert panels, workshops, advisory boards)
Completed university degree (e.g., health economics, medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences, or economics)
Several years of experience in market access, pricing, health economics, or a related field
Sound understanding of reimbursement and healthcare systems
Experience in cross-functional and matrix-organized work environments
