Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned district
- Drive growth across pharmaceutical customers, including innovator pharma, biotech, and related segments
- Execute district-level sales strategy aligned with Agilent Korea and APAC commercial objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and influencers
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Application Engineers, Service, and Channel partners
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning with discipline and accuracy
- Ensure effective execution of product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to leadership
- Uphold Agilent’s values, compliance standards, and ethical selling practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- People management or team leadership experience are preferred
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical workflows, QC/QA, analytical instrumentation, or related solutions
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth and managing complex accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
- Fluent in Korean; working proficiency in English required
