Productivity & Business Promotion Building positive relationships with clients and internal team members Achieving project utilization (operational rate) targets Independently participating in skill acquisition, business improvement, and proposal preparation (BD) Research and slide creation for proposal development, and occasionally participating in pitches Project delivery Project progress management (understanding and contributing to scope, budget, resources, and schedule) Manage own assigned tasks, quality checks, and feedback Identifying and analyzing secondary research data, and analyzing the industry and market Preparing for, attending, and conducting primary research (physicians, payers, patients, etc.) as needed Creating slides based on acquired data and organizing strategic proposals Preparing for client meetings, taking minutes, and organizing next steps

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Master's degree in business/life sciences preferred)

Experience working in consulting, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology

Strong analytical skills, logical and creative thinking Business acumen Strong attention to detail Ability to independently create client-facilitated deliverables

Experience in research and data analysis Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills Professional communication skills (verbal and written)

Collaborative and teamwork skills Multitasking and time management Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
