Description
- Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.
- Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals & objectives.
- Proactively partner with ANZ Peripheral Interventions colleagues and the Country Manager to foster collaboration, drive alignment, and create synergy across product portfolios.
- Align with the business strategy to visit customers and potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Provide a high standard of customer service and technical support to our customers and cultivate relationships with hospital staff across all areas.
- Identify competitor activities, work with state-based colleagues and management to devise action plans to convert to BSC products.
- Maintain all company assets, administrative duties, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and Quality process requirements.
- Regularly review sales data to understand products that are increasing and declining to identify drivers to achieve plan and gaps to plan (both account level and product level analysis)
- Complete regular market analysis and reporting
- To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong sales experience with demonstrated achievement of sales success in medical devices strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
- Strong business acumen, proactive, and demonstrated accountability.
- Ability to plan and prioritise a flexible and dynamic work schedule
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Results focused with a resilient, flexible and agile approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to react in a timely manner to requests, taking action to execute.
- Strong IT skills including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability of self-learning.
