Description

  • Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.
  • Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals & objectives.
  • Proactively partner with ANZ Peripheral Interventions colleagues and the Country Manager to foster collaboration, drive alignment, and create synergy across product portfolios.
  • Align with the business strategy to visit customers and potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service and technical support to our customers and cultivate relationships with hospital staff across all areas.
  • Identify competitor activities, work with state-based colleagues and management to devise action plans to convert to BSC products.
  • Maintain all company assets, administrative duties, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and Quality process requirements.
  • Regularly review sales data to understand products that are increasing and declining to identify drivers to achieve plan and gaps to plan (both account level and product level analysis)
  • Complete regular market analysis and reporting
  • To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales experience with demonstrated achievement of sales success in medical devices strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
  • Strong business acumen, proactive, and demonstrated accountability.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise a flexible and dynamic work schedule
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Results focused with a resilient, flexible and agile approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to react in a timely manner to requests, taking action to execute.
  • Strong IT skills including proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability of self-learning.
