Description

  • Manage and grow one assigned strategic partner relationship, serving as the main point of contact to drive mutual business growth.
  • Engage directly with end-users (academia, clinical, applied testing) to build adoption, address needs, and generate demand.
  • Co-develop and execute sales and marketing plans with the partner, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and track partner performance against agreed targets (sales, forecasts, inventory, marketing commitments), ensuring accountability and corrective actions when required.
  • Support commercial discussions with both partner and customers, including pricing, promotions, and rebate structures within company guidelines.
  • Provide accurate sales planning, forecasting, and demand phasing based on market trends, partner activity, and end-user opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and KOLs, both directly and through the partner, to expand awareness and adoption of our solutions.
  • Share market intelligence and competitive insights with internal teams to refine sales strategies and execution.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and CRM updates to support visibility and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in life sciences; channel/account management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic partners while directly driving customer adoption and sales.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, accountable, and results-driven team player.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in life sciences; channel/account management experience preferred.
