Lead Market Access strategy sub-team to deliver comprehensive market access strategy incl. Value &Access, pricing strategy and Health Economics and outcome research for assigned TA existing and new products
Work closely with brand team and global Market access team to develop TA products access strategy
Define and create optimal integrated market access plan to optimize profitable access and affordability for TA products
Lead the development of the payer value propositions for TA product and perform gap analyses in order to direct the development of value Pack and Market Access toolkits in co-creation with cross-functional team
Create long-range strategies and tactics to understand the evolution of access evidence needs and identify the appropriate capabilities and resources
Perform gaps assessments for local capacity and capabilities based on business opportunities and engage with internal stakeholders for resource allocations
Build strong partnership with external and internal stakeholders to ensure business sustainability
Develop and maintain long-term trust working relationship with Chinese health economist and payer advisor through scientific exchange
Qualifications
Master’s degree with 5-8 years’ experience in Market Access function in pharmaceutical industry
Strong strategic mindset and leadership skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional team
Strong influencing and networking capabilities
Excellent communications skills and ability to digest and present complex information in digestible way for audiences
Problem-solving mindset, resilience and see-through determination, teamwork and collaboration to advance business critical solution
