Leading the management, configuration, and optimization of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva) to support business goals
Designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver personalized and engaging customer experiences
Collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and compliance teams to ensure alignment of automation strategies with brand and regulatory requirements
Acting as the subject matter expert for marketing automation tools and providing guidance to internal teams on best practices
Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data to derive actionable insights, and recommending optimizations to improve effectiveness
Ensuring all marketing campaigns comply with relevant data privacy laws such as GDPR, CASL, HIPAA, and CCPA
Leading training sessions to upskill marketing teams and driving continuous improvement in marketing automation processes
Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain GSK’s leadership in digital marketing innovation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or related roles
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics)
Solid understanding of data privacy regulations and their impact on marketing automation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Familiarity with the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an asset
