Description
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Promote and sell SM & UE product portfolio to surgeons, hospitals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and other key decision-makers.
  • Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business.
  • Address technical queries from customers and coordinate with the internal technical team when necessary.
  • Market Analysis
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns.
  • Planning & Forecasting
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical device or orthopaedics industry, preferably with Arthroscopy or Arthroplasty or Trauma.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Arthroscopy market; experience in capital sales will be preferred
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
