Description
- Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell SM & UE product portfolio to surgeons, hospitals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and other key decision-makers.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business.
- Address technical queries from customers and coordinate with the internal technical team when necessary.
- Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns.
- Planning & Forecasting
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical device or orthopaedics industry, preferably with Arthroscopy or Arthroplasty or Trauma.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Arthroscopy market; experience in capital sales will be preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
