Access to AI tools and technical training doesn't always drive meaningful adoption. Managers are the ultimate catalyst. Strong manager support makes employees 2x more likely to use AI frequently and 9x more likely to say it boosts their work quality. Yet only 28% of employees get that level of manager support today.
Managers need the skills to discern when AI belongs in the work, delegate across people and AI without losing judgment or accountability, and guide teams through changing roles, expectations, and workflows. LifeLabs Learning's AI Transformation Program builds those behaviors.
