Brise Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. provided an update on its exclusive license agreement with AbbVie, which the companies entered in 2024. Under the terms of the collaboration agreement, Brise is responsible for discovery efforts and AbbVie will lead global development and commercialization activities for two of Brise's preclinical migraine programs.

"By partnering with a global leader like AbbVie, we can maximize the value of our discovery engine while continuing to invest in the next wave of innovative therapies."
Under the terms of this agreement, the aggregated potential transaction value, including development, commercial, regulatory and sales milestones, could reach up to US $757 million plus royalties on future sales. As of the date of this announcement, Brise has already achieved several near-term milestones.
